Reading Day Across America was Wednesday, March 2, but the Milanof-Schock Library at Mount Joy continued the celebration of Dr. Seuss’ birthday into the following days. The library hosted “Celebrate Seuss: A Library Adventure” on Friday night, which featured different activity stations for children and their families, who walked through the experience at 15-minute intervals. Local teenagers dressed up as Dr. Seuss characters. It was the second year the library had celebrated Seuss in this format, after years of hosting a green egg and ham breakfast.
