Hunziker likes to share his workouts with his fans, and she once led an outdoor workout in 2018. This event was not only a way for Hunziker to train with others, it also benefited a great cause. All proceeds went to the organization Doppa Difesa, a charity that helps victims of domestic violence.

Hunziker posts many of his must-have exercises and workout routines on Facebook. And she remembers starting her workout with a stretching and warm-up session. The first thing Hunziker and his trainer do in this Facebook live workout video is a series of stretches. They are seen doing forward bends, oblique stretches and working their arms. It is important to do some stretching before doing an intense workout. According to Harvard Health“Stretching keeps muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain range of motion in joints. Without it, muscles shorten and contract. Hunziker has a great set of games, and she got them for a reason. In the same workout video on Facebook Live, Hunziker and his trainers do a lot of leg workouts. They are seen doing forward lunges, leg raises, squats, and crossover lunges. Leg workouts are important and the phrase “Don’t skip leg day” rings true. The Mayo Clinic emphasizes the importance of varied and balanced training. “Whether you’re creating your own physical training program or enlisting the help of a personal trainer, your overall exercise plan should include several components.”

Chairs aren’t just for sitting. At least they’re not for Hunziker and his coaches. In their Facebook Live, Hunziker and his trainers do a lot of chair exercises. They are seen doing push-ups, arm raises, and leg raises with their hands on the chair. Multicare.org reports, “Whether from your office, the comfort of your own home, or in a classroom format, chair exercises are a great, low-impact way to incorporate movement into your routine.”

Hunziker revealed in an interview with Ogi that she had to make a lot of changes to her workout routine. She practiced a lot of outdoor sports, but a back injury prevented her. She then decided to do workouts that would help her back and posture. “I sneezed and my back got stuck. That’s when I discovered postural gymnastics which, together with pilates, changed my life, I never had pain again.”
